Pam talks about the Walk the Yorke trail on ABC Radio 891 with Ron Kandelaars (starts at 3:39 min) below.

The Sole Walk

This is a 6hr linear walk. The walk incorporates coastal area and private bushland. Transversing the rocky beach line makes this a challenging walk for sure-footed walkers, wearing sturdy foot wear. Walk over sandy beaches, rock hop the rocky outcrops and stop to bathe in Emerald Rock Pools. The walk embraces several kilometres of spectacular coastline interspersed with quiet sandy beaches. See native birds and animals, native flora and sea mammals in their natural habitat. Plan the walk with the prevailing wind behind you for greater enjoyment. The walk is part of “Walk the Yorke” walking trail.
